My Everyday Carry

I am a Real Estate Appraiser in the San Francisco Bay Area. On many occasions I have to enter properties (residential & commercial) in bad areas, or properties that are vacant and could be occupied by squatters or homeless (which after the mortgage crisis became a more frequent occurrence. I am also an avid photographer, mountain biker, and prepper. Between living in Colombia during the reign of Colombian Cartels and spending a good amount of time in rough neighborhoods, I have a “do-anything-to-survive” mindset. That being said, I’ve grown to really appreciate this website, the founders, and those who contribute to it making it as useful and interesting as it is.
