My Everyday Carry

Student in Melbourne, Australia

Randolph Engineering Aviator Sunglassess (Depending on mood and outfit, I switch between these, a pair of black Persols, or my tortoiseshell RayBan Wayfarers that I bought in the ’80s before Luxottica took over the brand. I prefer sunnies that sit quite flat in my shirt or jacket pocket when not in use)
Hackett Bespoke Specs (mod. no. HEB040)
Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini in no-name leather case from eBay
Omega Seamaster 1st Generation AquaTerra Co-Axial, 36.2mm (I have numerous other watches in my collection- sold wristwatches for over ten years-, but this one gets a lot of wear because sometimes, all you need is time and date, and I never believe the time on my smartphone)
Moleskine notepad (I usually alternate between these and Field Notes)
Circa 1946 Vacumatic Fountain pen with fine nib (for when I get screenplay/story ideas worth remembering. I alternate between other fountain pens in my collection)
Aurora Model 98 gold plated ballpoint pen (Sent to me from relatives in Italy around 1974. I was a kid, so it sat in its box for the next 35 years until I found it again. I alternate between this pen, a Lamy Logo and a Fisher Cap-O-Matic)
Rolling Stones keyring (which was selling at a nearby petrol (gas) station for a buck…so I bought ten of them. Looking to get a keyholder with a clip. Apolis make a great one. That’s next on the list)
Victorinox Swiss Army Mountaineer (I already have a few of these but this one was a gift from the Oris wristwatch sales rep back when I used to sell wristwatches. Corkscrew came in handy once when I used it to pull a nail out of my front tyre. Should have left it in. Tyre deflated within a minute)
No-name Leather card wallet (Its compact size is handy, but I tend to switch between wallets every few months)
