The Nexus 7 is used for reading. I’m currently digging in Brian Eno’s A Year with Swollen Appendices. The old Sony MDR-NC40 battery-powered noise-canceling cans are still going strong with great sound. The weird metal hook I use as a keychain. Reflected on the Nexus 7 is my most important carry, my Fujifilm X100S. I have more tools and gadgets, but these see daily use. Especially the Moto X, the Air and the x100s. Not pictured: an old iPod nano 6 gen. All of this goes on a leather Zara backpack,
