Paramedic everyday carry while on the job. Gear such as a Fenix PD35 tac to light up the night, a very tough Buck Responder knife with windshield breaker and seatbelt cutter (also handy for cutting away clothing). PPE such as a N95 respirator, always multiple pairs of nitrile gloves and safety glasses to protect myself from biohazards, and a pair of Velcro restraints for violent patients. A Littman Classic II stethoscope and a Maxpedition pocket organizer to hold pre-loaded 10ml saline syringes and needles for administering medications. A notepad and pen for writing things down. A pair of shears for when a knife isn't appropriate. And a heavy duty belt on which I can also attach a radio and other gear if necessary. My carry is designed to be replaceable/disposable or easily cleaned as many things will become contaminated. Everything needs to be small and quickly accessible because when things get crazy I need my gear right then. My favourite gear: my Fenix PD35 tac as it is small and unnoticeable in my pocket but at the push of a button fires out 1000 lumens. A strobe option is also handy for protection if needed. Also my Buck responder knife. An extremely sturdy knife. Made of 154CM stainless steel and G10 handles. Pretty much indestructible.
