I always wanted to EDC a headphone. Is the Audio-Technica worth the extra weight? (*compared to in-ear headphone)

I think, weight is not as important as bulkiness, comparing to in-ear headphones. If you have space to store it when not listening, it is definitely the thing. The main disadvantage of this model ir non removable cable, which is kinda painful for EDC, because it is 3 meters long. Better choice over these would be ATH-M40x or the popular ATH-M50x
