This is my EDC setup for most of the time when I leave home. Whether I´m going to work as a clinical psychologist or just hanging out with friends, I always keep these items around me.
The distribution usually goes like this:
Front right pocket: lighter, pen and pocket knife.
Front left pocket: cell phone.
Back right pocket: Wallet.
Back left pocket: Notebook.
