Most of it fits in the Maxpedition Mini Pocket organizer, which serves as a secondary carry. Keys, wallet, phone, notebook, watch and ring are my primary carry and most go in my pockets.

Where/how do you carry the pouch when you choose to not put the stuff in your pockets?

It depends. Usually by hand but sometimes I drop it in a coat pocket on my messenger bag. It's a secondary carry, so sometimes it doesn't even come with me.
