Hi Josiah. It looks like metal, but it's actually made from 'ultra strong paper laminate'.
Not sure about its longevity but it looks groovy. So you use paper to cut paper. Except you don't, as it's sold out atm :(

Its held up well. I use it to open boxes and cut tape mostly. Ive been told you can re sharpen it on a knife sharpening stone
