Whether you're going to the coffee shop or you're out in the field, you can keep your essentials close at hand with a case from Galen Leather. They're a two-person team based in Istanbul, Turkey, handcrafting beautiful leather cases designed to keep your notebook and the rest of your EDC organized.

Their iPad Mini/A4 Notebook case has enough room to comfortably fit and protect everything you need for a minimal mobile office setup that's easy to grab and go. You can load it up with your phone, credit cards, and your favorite pen on the left side. Opposite, there's a sleeve for an A4 notebook and an iPad mini underneath. Everything inside secures in place thanks to the thick elastic band that holds the case shut.

Each case is constructed from high quality leather with hand-stitching and burnished edges for a premium look. They're available in nearly a dozen different colors and several different layouts, with a combo sure to suit your EDC.

I just got mine for my birthday and it's perfect! It's now my go to notebook. Beautifully made and will last for years. Highly recommend.

Beautiful! Shame I don't have the mini...

They've got bigger cases for bigger iPads/notebooks on their online shop if you really want one!

I got the iPad Pro 10.5 and B5 size Notebook Cover (in Crazy Horse Brown) a few months back, and it’s perfect for my needs. My iPad Pro with cover, standard Field Notes, junior Circa notebook and executive Rocketbook Everlast reusable notebook, as well as pens and sundries, all fit in quite comfortably. I easily move it from bag to bag, depending on the day’s plans. Well-crafted and quite beautiful; highly recommended!

What's the pen in the middle of the notebook with the clear body?
Ed Jelley ·
That's a TWSBI 580 fountain pen
