I used to carry a field notes journal but stopped because I beat them to hell. A friend suggested putting it in a cover and now that I have one in a cover I'll once again be carrying one everyday. Plus the cover is a one of a kind from Springfield Leather.

That wouldn't be caiman alligator hide on the inside, would it? Wonder why they'd put that on the inside instead of the outside...

The description when I bought it said the case was made with scrap pieces. They probably didnt have a lot of it. Whatever the case I love it.
