For those of you who are interested the background of my carry is the map my great grandfather, Seargent Major William Hawkins, carried with him during WW I. I thought it appropriate to include an EDC with a bit of history. He was the first non British to win the Kings Prize at Bisley, awarded 1913.

Good story, what's the Kings Prize?

A marksman contest established in 1860. The original prize of £1000 has not changed since then.
