where did you find the Cornish Tartan Tobacco pouch?

I found similar ones on ebay a few years ago, but they had no pocket for pipe cleaners. I contacted the guy and had him make one a bit longer and with a pipe cleaner pocket. I can't find the info on that ebayer now or I'd pass it along.
