How do you like the Namiki Vanishing Point pen? I like when I lend it out and the person tries to figure out how it works.

Hi David! Also a pediatrician. Is that a leather cover for your head circumference measurements? No stethoscope or otoscope?

That is indeed a tape measure for heads, black leather, no brand. The Littman Cardiology 3 and the Welch Allyn seemed bulky. Thanks!
