How do you keep the rounds from falling out of that spare cylinder? I thought about getting a spare also but unless I smeared wax or bore butter on the rounds they would just fall out while being carried.

I usually don't carry a spare cylinder. When I carry this gun it is typically a back up to my main carry or something I slip in my pocket while working in the yard. I tend to carry 22 mag shot shell in it because it takes some practice to hit anything very far away. I have slipped a spare cylinder into a watch pocket on jeans a couple of times but it wasn't very comfortable.
