lol baboy means pork in Tagalog, these cakes are filled with a candied winter melon infused with pork fat. kinda sweet, kinda savory.

I hadn't even noticed that it said baboy. We had baboy ribs last night. Mother in law cooks some yummy foods. These sound very yummy. I'll have to look for these next time we are in Manila.
