Each day I make a few modifications. At work I cannot carry the pistol and so it stays at home. I also tend to carry the Opinel at work and not the Kershaw.
I carry the Bersa in a Remera ITW clipless holster.

At some point i'd like to swap out the Zippo for a Bic in a leather holster, but that is for another day!
