These are the things I constantly have on me as shift-worker here in sunny, hot, and humid Manila, Philippines.
These essentials are good to have where the "new-normal" rules are a bit strict. So the mask is a non-negotiable. The alcohol is there for quick disinfection when going on morning supply-runs and essential errands, like going to the bank.
Of course, keeping cool and hydrated in this hot-ass country is a must, specially if you have some stuff to do in the morning after working at night. You get blasted by hot, humid air once you step out of your dark, air-conditioned home. The sunglasses and hat help a lot!
This is aside from my get-home bag, and pouch with my electronics (phone, power brick, batteries).
