Nitecore recently introduced new models into their Multitask Hybrid series with the MH10 and MH12, offering a feature-packed EDC light in one of two sizes and activation systems. The MH12 takes the best traits of their popular P12 model — 1000 lumens, useful modes via single-button interface, and great value for price — and adds a (non-proprietary!) micro USB charging port able to charge its included 3200 mAh battery in about six hours. This not only saves you from packing extra charging gear, but ensures compatibility should its cable or battery need replacing. Completing the MH12's features is an integrated power indicator that lets you know when it's time to look for an outlet. Solid qualities, modern charging convenience, and attractive price make this light a great fit in any carry.

I have always liked the idea of rechargeable flashlights, but maybe have a carryover bias against rechargeable batteries from back in the day when they first came out and would lose capacity every time you charge them. This light looks great, but any data or experience on how whether it loses capacity over time and how long it takes for that to happen? Thanks!

Mikey, this is cool. Do you know if it has a strobe mode? I didn't see it in the specs...
