Spyderco's SLIPIT folders bring you the benefits of one-handed opening and pocket clip carry while respecting local laws with its non-locking mechanism and friendly size. The Urban inherits some great features from other Spyderco lines, including the classic leaf blade shape, index finger choil-enhanced grip, and FRN handles that make for a great everyday knife. Its 2.61" blade is full-flat ground from high-performance N690Co steel. With its trademark deployment hole and reversible wire clip, it doesn't compromise in giving you the full Spyderco experience. True to its name, the Urban is a great companion for navigating the cement jungle without breaking its rules.

I'm a real fan of this knife for UK edc. Small enough to not frighten the non knife folk yet big enough to be useful. The ergos, fit and finish, blade steel and slip-joint strength are excellent. Costs a bit more than I'd care to pay as a rule but the quality is on point. More earthy colours please Spyderco; I love my British Blades green handled Urban and would buy another in a heartbeat if it was in brown FRN or G10. In fact my one complaint would be the mall ninja black of the standard scales.
