I owned a Gerber Clutch, and put it through hard use for about a year until it broke. By the end of the year I had busted the pliers and literally broke the screwdriver. My brother gave me a Leatherman Squirt PS4 for Christmas, which also has pliers. So far so good. I'm thinking the extra money spent on a Leatherman is worth it for those that are tough on their gear.
