This what I typically carry when visiting a client. The items on the right are in an InCase Sling Sleeve, which I carry separately or in a Tumi briefcase. Top left are extra items in the briefcase and on bottom left are pocket stuff.
If flying (which happens a lot) I leave the mini-tool and include foreign socket adapter when required.
