Sometimes you need to carry just a little more than your pockets can handle, but not quite enough to need a full-sized backpack. The KP Sling from Keep Pursuing fits that "just right" capacity to carry your pocketables and a few more essentials. It's a versatile bag designed to keep up with your fast-paced lifestyle. You can wear it on either shoulder, hung casually for easy access, or cinched tight for security and mobility. Featuring a water-resistant 1000D cordura nylon exterior, ripstop nylon interior and waterproof YKK zippers, it's built for travel, sports, or navigating the city. Head over to Kickstarter to watch it absolutely swallow an entire EDC, then check out the pledge options (including USB paracord bracelets) before the campaign ends in a couple of days.

I just can't help thinking that it looks like a shoulder-slung fanny pack.
The fanny packs have evolved, they are slowly climbing up your back.

I like the concept but that giant helpful zipper screams "steal my stuff"

I think they thought of this — I didn't mention it but there's a demo of a lock for the main zipper on the Kickstarter page. Basically there's an anchor point at the top of the zipper so that when it's fully closed, you can loop the zipper pull through the lock to keep it secure.
