These are the items I always have on my person whatever I'm doing. I carry a key ring with a P-7 suspension clip as well, though it's not in the picture.
In my wallet I have an Aspirin tablet (in case someone has a heart attack), a half dozen Band-Aids, a 2x2 in. gauze pad, and a couple alcohol pads. (No gloves or anything else- this is enough for me to give to someone to treat their own minor wounds.)
