DSPTCH Sling Pouch Collection

If you want to keep your EDC tightly consolidated and accessible all in one place, your best bet is the tactical sling bag. Luckily for us EDCers it's become a bit of a fashion statement, but a practical one nonetheless. And when it comes to blending utilitarian style with performance-driven features, few bag companies do it as well as DSPTCH. Their latest Sling Pouch collection brings three cross-body bags to the table with dialed in organization, thoughtful capacity options, and stylish, low-profile silhouettes.

One main advantage of a sling bag is it can keep your gear comfortably close to your body, which makes all the difference when you're on the go. All three bags in the DSPTCH Sling Pouch Collection were designed to ride comfortably against the body while keeping bulk to a minimum thanks to an ergonomic curved back panel where the strap connects to the bag. They all feature the same adjustable, removable and quick-releasing strap, but vary by their capacity and organization.

The Slim Sling Pouch stands out in the collection for its slim silhouette that best fills its niche as a cross-body bag. It's more square than rectangular in shape, with a 1”  depth to slip under outerwear. The main zippered compartment is divided into two vertical internal pockets, with one webbed section and one gusseted slip pocket for exterior storage.

The packs are constructed from water-resistant, DWR-treated 1680D ballistic nylon for durability and structure. The navy bags also feature clear laminate panel details for at-a-glance identification of your gear. Other details like a removable D-ring, tactile zipper pulls, and back panel padding round out the pouches. Check out the latest collection in more detail over at DSPTCH's site below.

DSPTCH Travel Pack

When pockets aren’t enough, a day pack would be your usual go-to. But what do you do when you’re packing more than a day’s worth of gear? Not all EDC packs have the durability and features to pull double duty as a travel bag for those longer trips. DSPTCH’s new Travel Pack is one sleek solution for urban EDCers and modern travelers, designed to make packing heavier loads and carrying them on your back easier than ever.

The 30L Travel Pack is the perfect size to fit a few days worth of clothing as well as your tech gadgets. Its main compartment is large enough to fit your clothes, but you'll also get a dedicated compartment on the bottom for keeping shoes or dirty clothes separate. You’ll also get a padded laptop compartment along the rigid back panel, which both protects your device from damage and gives structure to the bag no matter how full or empty it is.

Then there’s all the different ways you can carry it. Convenient side handles let you carry the pack briefcase style when space is limited, but the most unique feature of this bag is its dedicated, multi-functional hip belt. When worn around your hips, it does a great job of distributing the load during those long treks by foot. Anchoring the straps to the middle of the bag lets you secure it to the handle of your rolling luggage for breezing through airports. Reversing the belt turns it into a compression strap to not only make it easier for you to stuff the bag into an overhead compartment when flying, but it also prevents the bag from looking like a turtle shell when fully packed.

The Travel Pack is no slouch when it comes to organization either, with plenty of pockets to help you stay organized even in the most hectic of itineraries. The main compartment offers two mesh pockets for smaller essentials, with easy access to the larger one thanks to YKK zippers on the outside of the pack. Perfect if you need to get to your headphones and don't want to unpack your entire bag. Dual side pockets are perfect for water bottles, but can also hold smaller essentials like battery packs and passports thanks to a zippered closure. Of course, the Travel Pack features a made-in-the-USA, weather- and abrasion resistant nylon construction to be your travel companion for the long haul.

You don’t have to be a backpacker to know how useful a sturdy hip belt can be, and having a dual purpose one in a modern EDC bag is unique to this pack. If you’re looking for a low-key and flexible way to carry your gear on your next trip the DSPTCH Travel Pack checks all the boxes. Hit up the link below to pick one up for yourself.

DSPTCH Camera Bags

DSPTCH broke into the EDC scene in 2010 with their minimally utilitarian camera straps and paracord accessories. Since then, they've switched gears from photographer essentials to general EDC bags and lifestyle accessories. Now, they've finally dropped their first dedicated camera bags as a much-anticipated followup to their photo-focused beginnings.

The new collection offers two styles: the Camera Shoulder Bag with a versatile multi-mount strap system, and a more traditional high-capacity Camera Ruckpack. Each bag includes a padded camera insert for protecting and organizing your photo gear. Even when stowed away, pulling out your camera for a quick shot is easy thanks to a quick-access top zipper on the shoulder bag and a side-entry compartment on the ruckpack.

And while these are dedicated camera bags, that doesn't mean they're limited. You can remove the camera inserts for general EDC, and use it to carry your laptop and other gear. They're made with water-resistant ballistic nylon, available in low-profile black or black camo colorways. Check out the full collection of bags and accessories on DSPTCH's website.

DSPTCH Fidlock Key Chain Set

If versatility is key to your everyday carry, DSPTCH’s three-in-one keychain set has got it locked down. It has options for the many ways you might need to carry your keys: on your belt, in your pocket, or attached to your gear. The set uses specialized, magnetic Fidlock connectors on each piece to make switching between them a snap—literally. The split ring attaches to either a belt clip, a button snap loop, or a gated D-ring so that the system is as flexible functionally as it is aesthetically. Its all-black design is inconspicuous enough for the office or for when you don't want your carry to stand out. If gearing up is your style, you can grab the key chain set along with other compatible accessories from DSPTCH’s Fidlock collection on their site.

{ie x DSPTCH Daypack

All too often you’ll come across a bag that does everything you could want… except actually look good on your back. That’s not the case with DSPTCH’s Daypack, which nails it in terms of fit and balance thanks to its minimal yet utilitarian design. As a change of pace from their usual understated ballistic nylon offerings, DSPTCH dropped a special edition charcoal speckle twill Daypack in collaboration with {illustrated example. Other updates include waterproofed RiRi zippers and reflective tape on the front zipper for visibility (and nighttime flexing). Aesthetics aside, it’s got the same functionality for carrying your daily essentials: a main compartment with space for water bottles and a tablet, a dedicated laptop compartment, and a quick-access front pocket loaded with mil-spec webbing for organizing gear and keeping cables in check.
