My Everyday Carry

Finally got around to buying a real Boker Rescom to replace the Foker moneyclip i reviewed a while ago. solid build and heftier feel. here’s my edc as of 2011

• 4sevens Quark mini123. everyone knows these lights by now thanks to brane *thumbsup*
• Sanrenmu 763. great $11 workhorse knife and bottle opener.
• License and credit cards with spongebob and patrick crazy bands and $20.
• Hipster PDA.
• Fisher X-mark bullet.
• Quikoin with contents outside.
• Boker Rescom with $3.
• Cocci Lorenozo handkerchief.
• Rolex GMT Master-II
• Keychain on #3 s-biner with the essential keys, pill fob with cr123a and $20, china-made 4gb flashdrive, p-38 can opener, UV led, and 21ft of paracord.

One can say i have an obsession with paracord, as i’ve changed the cord accessories on all the items more than once each. i am also planning to take the house key and make a multitool/key out of the gerber curve. in the process right now with some R&A keys destroyed. Editor’s Note: Nice work on the paracord, very clean and practical. I see you got a balicomb from Jay too, if you haven’t already, oil up the pivots and get it nice and flippable… If I could make a few suggestions, I would say mainly to reconsider the old style S-Biner on your keychain, especially since it looks kind of heavy and you have money and medicine hanging off of it (unless you pocket carry, then it should be fine). Also might want to look into an extra small pocket Moleskine that’s actually bound instead of the hipster PDA just for a slimmer carry. The ResCom is an interesting choice for a moneyclip, but since you have a dedicated folder you should be okay. Maybe get a cardholder or wallet for those cards, it just seems weird to see Spongebob sillybandz and a Rolex in the same picture… Thanks for the kind words and carry on~
