Timbuk2 Bifold wallet - I removed the elastic strap to improve access to and from pockets and for speedier opening.Timbuk2 Triple Card wallet (discontinued) - Absolutely my favorite wallet. Its a shame they discontinued it. Has enough space for a few credit cards and a few IDs and fits in a front pocket in sensitive situations.Tudor Pelagos watch - Uses the chronometer grade ETA 2824-2 movement and is accurate to about +1.5 secs/day. Everything thats great about a Rolex Submariner but flies a bit under the radar (ie. no unwanted attention and no Rolex-name surcharge).Maratac NATO strap - Very comfortable and adds a casual touch to the watch. Have in 3 or 4 different colors.iPhone 5 - Ubiquitous.Tech21 Impact Shell case - Nice case that adds a bit of protection w/out much bulk. Supposed technology (D3O®) that aids in the event of a spill on the concrete. So far so effective.Motorola Motofone F3 - My absolute all-time favorite phone. So light, so minimalist. Makes calls and basic texts and the e-ink screen is great for battery life. Perfect as a backup phone or if you’re trying to simplify your life and avoid “notifications.”Benchmade 558 Doug Ritter Mini-Griptilian - The same great mini-grip with improved blade design feat. a bigger body for survival situations.Benchmade 940 Osborne - One of the best EDC pocket knives of all time. A bit bigger and heavier than the 558 lending it mostly to winter duty for me.Bauhaus K60 carabiner/bottle opener - A hugely successful Kickstarter. Compact, titanium keychain that does the trick nicely.
I have some more gear that I use semi-regularly but I tried to only show gear that is truly EDC or its backup. Really enjoy the site. Thanks for all the ideas. My wallet on the other hand hates this site ;)
