Things I carry every day, from top clockwise:

• iPhone 3GS
• CRKT M16-12Z (favourite knife ever)
• Moleskine graph paper notebook
• Pilot Precise v5 black pen
• Wallet, leather, Wilson’s leather
• Gerber Multi-Plier 600 Pro Scout Needlenose
• HID keycards for work

Not included: my keys on a carabiner. 

Editor’s Note: Nice carry, good tools and fairly minimal at that. My only concern is the pocket clip of your pen looks like it’s struggling — perhaps you could replace the pen soon before it uncaps in your pocket or you lose it or something. Thanks for sharing!
