Hi, do you carry the belt pouch on your belt or hang it with a carabiner from a belt loop?

If you wear it on your belt, what position do you wear it on the clock (front 12, left arm 9 o'clock, right arm 3 o'clock, etc.) Do you find it too big sometimes?
