Valtcan's tactical pen comes in polished titanium, giving it that exotic sheen in addition to a nice strength-to-weight ratio. Screwed into the the cap lies a whistle for emergencies, while a compact one-piece multi-tool sits in the pen's rear compartment behind its rear tungsten point for glass-breaking emergencies.
