Carry-on Safe EDC for Risk Consultancy

This configuration is for when I anticipate travelling through security checkpoints with possible field movements. Larger pack to hold a set of clothes plus rain gear. Use of mesh pouches to keep things organized. The IFAK items is in another post. Something to note, is that the medic shears are 6cm from the fulcrum so they can pass through airport security no problem.
