The Dweller by Fantoni

I received this little slip joint from my wife as a birthday gift a few years ago. It has brass liners, snakewood covers, a Sandvik 19C27 steel blade and Torx screws instead of classic rivets which makes this knife a dream, maintenance wise.

I liken this knife to a vintage sports car. Its exotic wood, brass, leather and maintainable on-the-fly torx screws really make the Dweller a luxurious, sporty and classy piece of kit that only the Italians can produce.

I'm not sure if my wife knew all of this when she purchased this knife for me. To me, that is a testament to Fantoni's craftsmanship. A person doesn't need to know the "ins and outs" of knife or EDC culture to get a sense of quality from this knife. All you need to do is hold it in your hands - that is what makes the Dweller so special.
