This is what I carry in my pockets when I go out. Flashlight alternates between a couple others and is really the only item I can legally carry as a self defence option here. Elastic band (2 inches) around car key and SAK you can make yourself to stop items rattling together. Small light on keychain is generic freebie from a flashlight company. iPhone not pictured.
