I don't like to carry a bag if I don't have to and all this fits in a pair of my Levi's:
Elko knife fits perfect in the change pocket with the Fisher pen sharing the larger pocket. AirPods on the other front pocket, always charged and ready to go.
Carabiner in the back; with keys tucked in the pocket (so I don't jangle around).
Finally, wallet in the other back pocket.
I am always running around and this minimal carry gets me through the day with everything I need
