Olight's I1R EOS takes a “less is more” approach to its design and operation, keeping things refreshingly simple for a modern flashlight, and making it perfect for the spotlight for Flashlight Friday. It just takes a simple twist to turn the light on. To make that easier, ribbed “knurling” provides ample grip along most of the IPX8 waterproof, anodized aluminum body of the light. Once on, the light starts at its 5-lumen Low mode. Twist further to reach its high mode, which puts out an impressive 130 lumens out to 54 meters. Low mode usage will get you about 7 hours of runtime, while the I1R runs on High for about 20 minutes. No extra modes to navigate here — just a practical, 2-stage interface with well-spaced brightnesses for general day-to-day use. Check it out at the link below.
