I have a green Bugout, and yours really looks black. Is it just the lighting, or did you die it or something?

About a 20min cook with RIT dye. Pretty much take off the scales, boil a few cups of water, add a whole bottle of black dye, simmer for 20 mins, and enjoy. Lots of good videos online about it.

I RIT dyed mine black, and it worked great! Only problem is, I seem to have lost the back standoff. Any Idea where I could get another one?

Not sure. Benchmade customer service is pretty good so I would start by giving them a call. They have been fantastic for me in the past.
