Carrying a high-output yet pocket-friendly flashlight is convenient, and having it powered by common batteries, doubly so. The Klarus Mi7 is a AA-powered pocket flashlight that also accommodates 14500 li-ion batteries, topping out at 700 lumens on its brightest setting. The emitter is a Cree XP-L HI LED combined with an orange peel reflector to throw a beam out to 120 yards on High. A stainless steel side switch makes for simple one-handed operation, letting you cycle through two output levels, a 5-lumen Moonlight, Strobe, and an SOS distress signal. High gives you 700 lumens that can run for 53 minutes, while the Low mode pushes out 90 lumens for over 3 and a half hours. Holding the side switch for 5 seconds activates a lockout, preventing accidental activation in your pocket. At 3.44" long and sporting a 0.75" maximum diameter, the Klarus Mi7 carries easy even in dress pants thanks to its slim profile, and the included keyring lets you can attach your own lanyard for easy retrieval.
