How do you “cold oxidize” a leatherman like that? I’ve read it’s not durable at all. So will that patina wear off before long?

I used coldex cold oxidation
is one of the resources available on the Polish market
I oxidized twice yet it does not cover uniformly
it stains hands a little black after a month less
The oxidation does not have that deep blackness but remains
such a patina effect,
I have had it for over a year and nothing is happening
anyway, there was such a harsh smell of steel
it is important to degrease before oxidation, otherwise it will not cover well or at all
generally, otherwise such equipment looks more interesting, although it did not meet my expectations
