does the stingray allow for the use of dry herb or just liquids? it has a very nice look to it.

Just liquids! I'm pretty sure there's an attachment for dry herbs but I'm not sure.

Thinking about getting the Dash Wallet 3.0, would you recommend it?

I've barely had it for 2 weeks and I already love it way more than a traditional wallet. It's slim and very light weight design barely makes it noticeable in the pocket. For it's size I am also able to hold quite a bit while still being able to store more if needed; 7 cards and a few bills.
I definitely recommend it if you are looking for something minimalistic and compact.
