Streamlight's flashlights have found their way into hundreds of EDCer's pockets over the years, and for good reason: it's hard to beat a simple, reliable, and affordable flashlight regardless of the model you pick. From the humble but extremely popular MicroStream all the way to their newer work and duty lights, there's a robust light for every carry. The 88031 ProTac 2L brings up the middle of the pack, with a 350-lumen output powered by 2 x CR123A batteries. It comes with three modes: High, Low, and Strobe, activated via a tail switch with momentary on, and also gives you access to Streamlight's TEN-TAP Programming to modify its modes. You get 350 lumens thrown out to 159 meters for 3.25 hours on High, and a usable 30 lumens on Low for up to 35 hours and out to 49 meters. Last but not least, the ProTac 2L comes with a reversible and removable pocket clip to suit your needs for EDC. Pick one up at the link below.
