They’ve taken the best of the best designs from their past and bringing them into the future, updating their materials and adding a quality of life features for today’s EDCer.

Heritage Musette

If you’re looking for a convenient way to carry your laptop while on the move, Osprey’s got you covered. The Musette is a dedicated over-the-shoulder laptop bag designed to stay out of your way while keeping your gear secure. The main zippered compartment features enough space to carry up to a 15“ laptop, and a little bit more like large documents or flat gear. For the rest of your EDC gear, you’ll be able to rely on its dual-front pockets, giving you 13L of capacity in total.

Made out of 500D recycled high tenacity nylon and coated with PFC-free DWR, the Musette was designed to resist the wear and tear of everyday carry, including scratches, abrasions, and even light rain. As far as carry options go, it comes with an adjustable web shoulder strap, or if you prefer, you can remove it and use its top handles instead for a tote-bag carry. No matter if you’re headed to the office, campus, or a coffee shop, the Mussette’s slim profile and durable materials make it a solid option for safekeeping your laptop.

Heritage Waist Pack

Whenever you’re on a daily commute or hitting the trail, a sling or waist pack tends to be one of the more useful backpack designs that you can carry. Aside from helping you keep your hands and body free for the most part, the Heritage Waist Pack carries your gear tightly against your body, giving you peace of mind and a comfortable fit even during more intense activities. One of the design choices that makes this come true is the addition of dual side compression straps, keeping its fit snug.

As far as organization goes, you get 8L in total separated into two compartments. The main one is where most of your stuff can go and stay protected, since it also features a buckled flap designed for compression and protection against rain. The secondary front compartment features a zippered closure, making room for your smaller pieces of equipment. Finally, just like the Musette, the Waist Pack is made out of 500D recycled high tenacity nylon and coated with PFC-free DWR.

Heritage Scarab

The Scarab was designed to be your go-to option for when you need rugged, versatile storage. Whether you use it as your daily pack or as a minimalist travel bag, its modern features combined with its retro style has your back One of the flagship features of the Scarab is its straight-jacket compression system, keeping the bag’s footprint minimal when carrying a smaller load and giving you more space whenever you need to use its full 30L capacity.

Inside its main compartment you’ll find a multi-purpose padded sleeve designed to carry up to a 15“ laptop or a hydration bladder. This main compartment features a U-zip design to maximize accessibility when loading and unloading. The front panel features adjustable web loops to help carry over-sized gear whenever the main one isn’t enough. And for smaller and important items, you can use it’s zippered top compartment for quick access.

As far as construction goes, it shares the same materials as its brothers in the collection, except it reinforces the bottom part for extra durability and it comes with a padded back panel for a comfortable fit against your body even with a full load.
