Creative Outlier Pro Wireless Earbuds

With earbuds being such a small and seemingly simple piece of technology, you wouldn’t be blamed if you thought there wasn’t much difference between one pair and the other. However, this couldn’t be further from the truth, as earbud companies keep finding ways of adding more and more convenience in smaller and smaller packages. Creative’s an evergreen audio company with decades of experience, and they’ve found a way to add a plethora of thoughtful features without adding any bulk in the Outlier Pros, their latest and greatest addition to their Outlier True Wireless earbuds series.

One of these features is the inclusion of Hybrid ANC (Active Noise Canceling). While most earbuds only use a feedforward or feedback approach, meaning that it only uses one microphone inside or outside of the earbud, Hybrid ANC uses both methods at the same time, providing you with the ultimate noise canceling experience. And while Hybrid ANC might be amazing for getting in the zone, sometimes you need to be aware of your surroundings, especially during a commute. With that in mind, Creative included an Ambient Mode, which lets in the right amount of outside signals for you to stay aware without polluting the sound too much for it to become unenjoyable.

And to keep the music going all day, the Outlier Pros come with a massive 60 hours of total battery life. The earbuds themselves have up to 15 hours of listening time, or up to 10 if ANC is active. The charging case, however, is responsible for storing the rest of the battery life, able to take on the longest flights, most intense workouts, and binge-worthy series with ease. 10mm graphene-coated driver gives you plenty of output for your favorite tunes, while an IPX5 rating protects the buds from sweat and moisture.

To help you make the Outlier Pros truly your own, Creative included two thoughtful features. The first is the addition of a full set of silicone tip sizes, so no matter your ear shape you’ll be able to maximize both comfort and insulation. The second is the connectivity with the earbuds’ Creative App. There, you’ll be able to customize the touch controls to your prefered layout, as well as activating additional features like low latency mode for critical listening or gaming where audio delay matters.

Last but not least, quality of life features such as a compact case, a six microphone array, IPX5-rated water resistance, Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, and wireless charging make the Outlier Pros a strong modern contender for your true wireless earbuds EDC. Pick up a pair at the link below.
