My out & about normal off-duty carry. Only change is minus the sidearm/ammo while @ work and addition of trauma shears. Doesn't look good when Paramedic is packing

Nice! I particularly like the Benchmade cutter. I've heard amazing things about it. I'm thinking of getting one to strap near my driver side.

Hi, Interesting carry, what is a challenge coin for? Is it just a cool thing to carry or did you get given it.

Do you have the Leatherman EMS multi tool? If so is it a good fit for EMS?
