I've always been curious about the metal combs...I hear from health care professionals that they just lacerate hair and I've wondered how true that is.

Hi Code, the metal comb is actually more of a beard comb from Hudson Design & Manufacturing. I have such short hair though that it works just fine as a regular comb. I know the guys who own/operate the company and couldn't pass up such an awesome addition to my EDC.
