Who else loves free EDC gear? Every week or so, we'll be giving away prize packages full of interesting gear we get our hands on, or very special single item prizes for you to win.

This week, we're giving away a solid tool pairing: an American-made flipper knife and a fully focusable LED flashlight. To round out the carry, we're tossing in highly functional accessories, like a wallet, keyholder, survival bracelet and shades.

We’ll run the giveaway for a week. Good luck everyone, and carry on! Congratulations to Barclay R., winner of our previous Weekender Travel Essentials giveaway.

Make sure you're logged in, then head over to our giveaway page for your chance to win the following:

  • UnderArmour Alloy Storm Polarized Sunglasses: UnderArmour knows performance apparel, so it's no surprise their eyewear is built to deliver strong and fast protection for your eyes on the go. Their scratch-resistant polarized lenses offer clarity and UV protection from the sun. It's all housed in sturdy but flexible frames made of titanium for ultralight durability. ($189)

  • Kershaw Link: Designed to be the missing link between quality and price, this assisted flipper knife is made in the USA with plenty of features ideal for EDC. It's got a useful 3.25" stonewashed blade, liner lock, textured scales and reversible pocket clip to suit your carry preferences. ($60)

  • Distil Union Wally Bifold: A slim, front-pocket wallet that's familiar on the outside, but unconventionally effective on the inside. It's got pull tabs to retrive your cards so you dont need to dig into slots (which make wallets thicker), and a large open clip area for super easy storage and retrieval of cash. If you're tired of doing origami to get your minimalist wallet to accommodate your notes, you might like Wally. ($60)

  • Orbitkey: You might be familiar with Orbitkey as it's one of the OG key organizers and one of our top viewed products of all time. This is the premium black leather + stitching version, meant to store your keys silently and comfortably. You slip your keys onto the post and swivel them out when needed — it's better than noisy, pokey, jangly keys that take way too long to sort out when you just need to get a door open. ($40)

  • Coast HX5: For an EDC light with more power than your smartphone LED without much bulk, you'd want a light that takes a single AA battery like this one does. What sets this apart is its fully-focusable beam, able to switch from wide, soft light to a tight, far-reaching beam. It's built with the durability and features you'd expect in your EDC gear — anodized aluminum construction and a double-sided pocket clip. Pro tip: you can clip it onto the brim of your hat for some hands-free illumination. ($25)

  • Bomber Cord: When it comes to useful gear, why stop at just your pockets? Don't forget your wrists, especially with watches, wearables, and other wristwear on the come up. This bracelet offers the utility of 550 cord for survival applications, with a built-in firestarter. It's handy to have on any outdoor adventure. ($19)

Prize Package Value: $393

Update: This contest is over! Thanks everyone for participating. Stephen W took the prize this time, but be sure to check back every week for more great giveaways.

Wow. What a great set up! I'd love to make this the base for my EDC. Kershaw is my favorite affordable EDC knife maker as well. Great site, guys. Keep up the good work!

My EDC has been a Victorinox pioneer/ soldier(KL84) and Leatherman pst with 2xAA Maglite later updated with a Nite-Ize LEDs. I have other knives and lights about a dozen or more but now my EDC is a Leatherman core and Streamlight poly-tac and stylus pro with a Gerber paraframe or KL84.

Good looking EDC! Especially to those who want to upgrade their current EDC.

Superb set!

This is a very slick setup. The blacked-out aspects hold for me a specific 'back alley spy' characteristic which I approve of. I personally could go for the Kershaw, Coast and UnderArmour.
