I really wanted to like this light when I bought it. I had it for a little under two weeks when the latch that keeps the battery door closed broke. After spending around three hours on the phone with 5.11 customer service, they agreed to send me a new one, provided I sent the broken light back to them. About a week later I had the new light in hand. This time it lasted about a month before it started breaking. 5.11 should have used a stronger polymer for the more important parts of this light. To say I'm highly disappointed would be an understatement.

Love this little light. Lightweight, good traction, it's not cold to hold (like all metal lights), plenty bright, battery life seems great to me I haven't needed to change the 2 AAA's in the 3 months I've owned it.
