Bose MIE2i are the best earphones I've ever owned, the sound quality is just amazing and I use them for nearly everything (Listening to music, watching movies on my computer, phone calls etc...).
These are the best earphones I've found. I make a lot of phone calls so have them in moost of the day. I don't like totally in-ear as you can't hear what is going on around you. These make for a perfect compromise.
