Dango D01 Dapper Bifold Wallet

Choosing to EDC a minimalist wallet doesn't have to mean carrying fewer cards. With the right design and materials, your wallet can keep things slim while carrying everything you need it to. Dango's latest wallet, the D01 Bifold, gets the job done by combining a slim aluminum frame with a top-grain leather bifold section. The result is a luxurious yet durable high-capacity wallet that keeps a low profile bringing you the EDC-focused features you'd want for your cash and cards.

The D01 Bifold starts with Dango's original D01's CNC-machined aluminum chassis as the centerpiece of the wallet. It adds structure and rigidity without much weight. New to the Bifold version is a 3-pocket top-grain leather piece that's bolted to the frame using milspec hardware. With the bifold section, the D01 ups the capacity to 12 cards across its 4 pockets. You can store 3 in the quick-access outer pocket that features thumb cutouts for easy retrieval with the push of your thumb. You can fit 3 more in the bifold section's internal pocket, 3 on the bifold's rear leather pocket, and another 3 in the internal metal cavity of the aluminum chassis itself. The metal section offers RFID protection while the externally facing pockets grant easy access and allow for contactless payment, giving you both security and convenience at the register. The D01 Bifold also accommodates folded cash and other overflow under its rugged silicone strap.

Aside from the upped capacity, the D01 Bifold offers a slew of features you'd expect from Dango: a built-in bottle opener, compatibility with their MT02 card multi-tool, TSA-compliance, and made-in-the-USA build quality. You can choose a D01 Bifold in three color options: black and silver, brown and silver, and a military-inspired moss green leather on a slate grey frame at the link below.

Dango T01 Blue Line Edition

Green may be the color of envy, but when it comes to making gear pop, nothing makes an eye-catching statement quite like the color blue. It's the calm, soothing color of the sky, invoking stability and trust, making it the perfect color for a wallet you rely on every day. With the Blue Line Edition, Dango's T01 Tactical Wallet gets a burst of blue colorways, giving it fresh new looks while still keeping its utility-driven, reliable design.

When you think “tactical,” quality and performance should always come first. The features that give the T01 its tactical badge are the same ones that make it an excellent everyday wallet. The T01's high-quality leather feels good in hand, is easy on the eyes (especially with the eye-catching blue tint), while still able to stand up to daily wear and tear. The leather is then attached to the durable aerospace aluminum frame with mil-spec bolts, giving the wallet its signature rugged aesthetic. The wallet still only weighs about 2 ounces so it won’t weigh your pockets down no matter what your activity.

The T01 Blue Line Edition holds up to 12 cards and folded cash, and remains compatible with Dango's MT02 multi-tool, giving you 14 functions while easily slipping into the T01. It lets you maximize the wallet and gives you the EDC edge you need for daily tasks. Even with the MT02 inside, the wallet still only weighs 3.4 ounces and maintains a slim 0.38 inch profile. You shouldn’t rely solely on a wallet if you’re going out into wilderness, but if you need to saw, slice, pry, or open bottles in a pinch it’s a handy backup tool to have. Plus it's more than capable of handling everyday tasks around the office as well without appearing overly tactical.

Each Dango wallet is made in the USA so you know they’re built to last. Whether you're doubling up on the T01 you already own or building the perfect blue loadout, check out the Dango T01 Blue Line Edition at the link below.

Dango Capsule XL

Chances are you can't afford to lose the things you keep in your EDC in case of emergency. Things like cash, medication, and your usual survival kit essentials shouldn't be carried loose in your pocket with the rest of your gear, especially when losing them when you need them can mean the difference between life and death. That's where stash capsules come in handy: they keep small items safe, dry, and at the ready. Dango's newest Capsule XL offers the same watertight and practically bombproof aluminum construction with even more capacity, making it a versatile addition to your kit.

Dango Capsules are precision-machined in the United States out of lightweight 6061 aluminum, and they are anodized to be food safe. That means it's okay to stash your medication inside without having to worry about metal poisoning, something you can't be sure of with cheaper solutions from questionable sources. The aluminum's excellent strength-to-weight ratio keeps the items you stash inside safe from crushing without adding much bulk. The capsules are also built to be waterproof up to 1000 feet.

The Capsules come in two different sizes, at 0.85 inches for the small version and 2.95 inches for the larger XL. The smaller Capsule is perfect for pills, small batteries, and other tiny and easily lost pieces of gear. The XL is sized just right to carry an emergency stash of cash or survival gear. Both can also be used to carry liquid inside, if needed. And the best part is each Capsule is designed with a quad loop security cap that lets you attach it to your pants, your bag, or other gear to help prevent against loss.

You owe it to yourself to keep the smallest and most important items safe. Dango Capsules can help you do just that. You can pick both the Capsule and the Capsule XL today for a low price that includes a paracord hook tether. Check them out and find one in a color to match your EDC at the website below.

Dango C01 Civilian Wallet

There are some things in your EDC that you just can't afford to lose, with your wallet being a prime example. Unfortunately, so many minimalist wallets put an emphasis on slimness and quick access at the expense of security. Dango's new Civilian C01 Wallet, on the other hand, hits that sweet spot of portability and security with its thoughtful design and materials. It's a simple, premium leather cardholder bundled with a silicone strap for versatility, a CNC'd aluminum attachment point for extra security, and a paracord lanyard for grip and retrieval.

The C01 Civilian Wallet comes as a distillation of Dango's other wallets for EDCers who want an uncompromising minimalist option. The result is a clean, cardholder-esque design that fits up to 10 cards comfortable in its 4 pockets. For everything else, like folded bills, the C01 features an elastic silicone band to keep things consolidated. Throw in the Italian leather construction and not only does the C01 stand up to everyday wear and tear, but it'll also look better over time. And instead of the screwed-in metallic frame you'll find on Dango's more tactical options, the C01 Civilian opts for tight stitching to hold the leather together. If you do prefer the rigidity and structure metal provides, the wallet is compatible with Dango's MT02 multi-tool too. It's an easy and transformative addition to the wallet to boost its functionality.

As essential as your wallet is, making sure it's with you at all times is crucial. The C01 gives you a few different ways to go about it, thanks to its integrated aluminum attachment tab on the corner of the wallet. In its standard configuration, it comes with a 550 paracord lanyard for extra grip and easy retrieval from your pocket that doubles as 3 feet of emergency cordage when unraveled. To make sure your wallet really doesn't go anywhere, you can use the aluminum tab for attaching a tether to your belt loop (and even clip your keyring to it too for good measure).

With minimalism and modularity at its core, the C01 Civilian wallet keeps your essentials in check without taking up much pocket space. You can grab one in five different color options from Dango at the link below.

Dango P01 Pioneer Bifold Wallet and Pen

Even with the latest and greatest smartphones releasing year after year, so many EDCers still swear by good ol' fashioned pen and paper. They make an unbeatable duo when it comes to fleshing out ideas and keeping tabs on things without having to swipe through app menus and folders. But unlike a smartphone, they're not always the easiest thing to slip into your pockets day in and day out. The team at Dango Products have had success with taking something easy and essential to carry—your wallet—and redesigning it to help you carry more, smarter. Their latest project, the P01 Pioneer Wallet, consolidates your pen and paper in one place, but does it in a more compact wallet-sized form factor rather than your typically bulky journal cover design.

One big reason the P01 Pioneer is able to easily carry everything in such a compact footprint is because Dango designed every component from the ground up to fit together perfectly. They've taken one of the oldest tricks in the EDC playbook of slipping a pen into the spine of your wallet, then upped the execution. The pen was custom designed to slot into the spine of the P01 so it sits flush. To get that perfect fit, it's CNC machined in the USA out of a lightweight, anodized aluminum like you'd expect to see on quality flashlights and other EDC tools. It boasts write-anywhere performance thanks to a pressurized ballpoint ink refill, and it's compatible with the crowd favorite Fisher Space Pen refill as well. The business end of the pen narrows down to a minimalist grip system of 3 silicone o-rings while the back of the pen comes to a 4-way slotted tip for multiple attachment configurations. By now the P01 campaign hit its first stretch goal, so backing the project will get you a free paracord lanyard to easily retrieve the pen.

The other part of the equation is the notebook. It's not the largest notebook you can carry, but it might be one of the most convenient ones. At a modest 24 pages, it's a good balance between portability and thinness without needing replacements too often. Not to mention it's stitched and finished in the USA then protected from excess wear and tear in the P01 wallet itself.

Of course, the P01 is still an EDCer's wallet at its core. It has some of the best elements of all the different kinds of wallets you can carry in one. For starters, it's made in the USA from premium Italian veg-tan leather for that patina after break in and familiar feel in hand. But that's where the similarities with traditional leather wallets end. The leather comes laminated with an RFID-blocking material for your security and geometric patterning give a look and ergonomic feel that lean towards the future. The P01 uses a silicone strap for extra security and versatility like you'd find on more modern minimalist wallets. It's designed to accommodate up to 20 cards as well as Dango's wallet-sized multi-tool from their earlier line of wallets, the MT02. With options for a pen, notebook, multi-tool, and cards, it's got room for a big chunk of your daily kit.

There's just a month left to back the P01 on Kickstarter. It comes in two colorways — a natural tan with silver or a fully blacked out setup, now with a free paracord lanyard as part of the campaign's first unlocked stretch goal. Check it out in more detail at the link below.
