About This Everyday Carry
“I’m a recruiter, and I like to research each piece of gear before adding it to my EDC. The SuperFreek is my daily knife while I wait for my grail knife, the Chris Reeve Umnumzaan.
Between contracts, I occasionally drive for an ambulance company. This is my curated EDC. The Raptor Rescue shears include my O2 wrench, and the Victorinox Spirit X is used to disconnect oxygen tubing from nozzles.” — Coach MC, Recruiter & Ambulance Driver
Editor’s Note: This is an impressive loadout with a lot of reasonable redundancy. Pulling double duty for both day-to-day life and then also ambulance driving demands more specialized tools, and you’ve got it covered with the rescue shears, rugged watch, and full-sized multi-tool. The M4 SuperFreek is definitely tough enough to match, but I do hope you get your grail CRK someday. The jump to CPM MagnaCut offers the corrosion resistance your M4 SuperFreek lacks right now. Also, I think you have the most flashlights in a single carry I’ve seen in recent memory! Not that it’s a contest. Thanks for sharing, Coach!
