Today marks the rise of a trending titanium utility knife with Big Idea Design’s upgraded Titanium Pocket Tool. The previous version featured a friction fit mechanism that took two hands to open, while the new TPT Slide features a sliding extension mechanism for the box opener/camp fork insert. It has a two-position locking thumb stud that’s easy to operate with one hand, whether you’re a lefty or a righty. You’ll also find a sleek, removable pocket clip that makes the tool even easier to carry. BigiDesign also strengthened the jimping on the universal wrench set for a more secure grip. Lastly, the TPT Slide is machined from thicker grade 5 titanium plates for increased overall durability and rigidity. The TPT Slide also has the all of the other useful EDC features from the previous iteration including a flat head screwdriver, 1/4” hex bit driver, simple measurement cues, lanyard/keychain hole, and a scraper edge.
