You read that correctly. For today’s Saturday Slicer, we’re taking a look at a knife that’s more than just a simple edge. The Sanrenmu 7046 is unique both for its looks and its utility, with a 2.61″ snub-nosed tanto blade made from 814 steel deployed by way of a thumb lift. The blade secures with a liner lock, and folds into the knife’s next most interesting feature, its aluminum handles. These standout and skeletonized green handles not only house the 7046‘s clip and gold-plated liners and even a glass breaker towards the rear, but there’s even cutouts for common hex sizes for some added functionality. Altogether, the Sanrenmu 7046 is something different, and definitely an EDC knife that’s more than the sum of its parts. Oh, and did we mention it’s only $20? Check it out in three colors at the link below.
